1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using iKnewIt ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. iKnewIt is operated by a company registered in Panama.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use iKnewIt. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to participate in prediction markets. The Platform is not available to residents of the United States, China, Russia, or other jurisdictions where such services are prohibited.

3. Prediction Markets

iKnewIt operates prediction markets where users can predict outcomes of real-world events. All predictions involve financial risk. You may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. Demo Mode

The Platform offers a demo mode with virtual currency for practice purposes. Demo balances have no real monetary value and cannot be withdrawn.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on iKnewIt are conducted in USDC on the Polygon network. We also accept USDT and BTC which are converted to USDC automatically. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply.

6. Private Markets

Users may create private prediction markets. The Platform acts only as a facilitator for private markets. Users are responsible for ensuring their private markets comply with applicable laws.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: manipulate market prices, use automated bots without permission, create markets on illegal activities, attempt to hack or compromise the Platform, or use multiple accounts.

8. Platform Fees

iKnewIt charges a commission of 2-3% on winnings. Fees are deducted automatically at the time of payout.

9. Limitation of Liability

iKnewIt is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the Platform, technical failures, market volatility, or errors in market resolution.
